After completing the employer application process and confidential employee surveys, BBB Central Indiana was once again named one of Indiana’s Best Places to Work by the Indiana Chamber, receiving the honor for the third consecutive year at the organization’s May awards event. Accepting the award on behalf of the team was Wendy Dych, who recently celebrated 25 years with BBB.
“This recognition reflects the culture our team works intentionally to build every day. At BBB Central Indiana, we believe strong organizations are built on trust, accountability, communication and a genuine commitment to helping one another grow. We challenge one another professionally, support one another personally and remain focused on the responsibility we have to serve both our accredited businesses and the consumers across Central Indiana with excellence and integrity. I’m incredibly proud of this team and the culture they continue to protect and strengthen together.”
— Cathy Armour, president and CEO, BBB Central Indiana
“We’re proud to celebrate 150 Hoosier employers that consistently put their people first,” said Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders. “It’s inspiring to highlight the ways each organization is innovating and intentionally fostering workplace cultures that improve employees’ lives. Seeing the emphasis on meaningful amenities, open dialogue and well-rounded support is incredibly encouraging and offers a strong model for what’s possible.”
Winning organizations represented nearly 30 Indiana communities and ranged in size from 16 to 2,400 employees. Rankings were determined through employer reports and comprehensive anonymous employee surveys administered by Workforce Research Group.
Participating organizations receive detailed feedback from employees identifying organizational strengths and opportunities for improvement, helping companies continue investing in employee engagement, retention and workplace culture development.
