The air show begins at 10AM and continues until 5 PM. There is no admission charge.

Visitors are encouraged to bring lawn chairs/blankets. Refreshments prepared and served by club members will be available at an attractive price.

Many of the planes today run on electric motors. Here is a short video of a pilot attaching a battery.

But, just like engines of old, hand cranking is needed to get them started.

Some planes use the grass runway. Others, like this fan-powered “jet” are launched by hand.

Each plan is unique. Here is one club member talking about his plane.

If you want to watch a long flight, here is a nearly 7-minute video for your enjoyment

Finally, the perfect landing of the above flight.

Attend the event on September 15 and see these planes and many more.
