When designing the concept to bring luxury multifamily housing to Zionsville, the property developer and owner, Cityscape Residential, wasnt necessarily targeting a certain demographic, because they wanted to welcome everyone from every age and stage of life.
Thats a good thing that we have appealed to a wide range of people, Johnson says. Thats precisely what makes a community.
Offering one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with amenities like a resort-style pool, fitness center, free weights, group exercise, shuffle board, pool table and golf simulator, the property also boasts a craft room, which is ideal for residents who want to host paint-and-wine nights or other fun crafting events.
During this COVID climate, people are doing a lot of at-home projects right now so we wanted to have a room specifically designated for those DIYers, Johnson says.
The community, which includes 218 luxury units, also includes two dog parks, a dog run, detached and semi-detached garages, bike storage, and general storage.
We also have a spa room where residents can book a massage right here onsite, says Johnson, adding that the community has both the look and feel of a deluxe hotel.
Leasing for the pet-friendly property began earlier this spring. Thus far, Aria has 35 new residents who have moved in. Managed by Praxm Management in partnership with Cityscape Residential, the apartments are quickly getting snatched up as folks are finding the area ideal for many reasons.
Not only is Aria located close to the interstate and just 20 minutes from downtown Indy, but its also close to shopping destinations and has great walkability to Zionsville, with Stone Creek Dining Company and The Woodhouse Day Spa nearby. Additionally, new construction is happening near the property including Bru Burger, which is being built directly across from the community.
People appreciate having the downtown feel of Zionsville while at the same time enjoying city life, Johnson says. Its country-city living.
Being in Zionsville means that residents can ride bikes, go for a stroll, or just go across the street to Kroger for groceries. Resident Alexander Buckley calls Aria the best housing option in Zionsville.
Its an impressive new apartment complex, Buckley says. The staff is informative and helpful. There are lots of floor-plan options – modern updates, sleek design, nice amenities.
Apartments are decked out with modern cabinets, granite countertops, pendant lighting and vinyl wood flooring.
Community response continues to be largely positive as word spreads about the amenities and location. Darius Johnson says he was searching high and low for a new apartment when he came across Aria and was thoroughly impressed.
The Aria is a beautiful, luxury, affordable complex with close access to major thoroughfares, he says. The staff is kind, helpful and actually feels like friends more than managers.

The staff is what makes this a perfect choice for those that want upscale living at affordable prices, Jaegers says. I have zero complaints. The security and guest video entry system is state of the art.
