MY BACKGROUND
I recently made the shift from helping companies to helping people. Over the last 20 years Ive worked at one of the top management consulting companies in the world, PwC, helping some of the largest companies in the world improve their top line and bottom line. While there is great satisfaction in helping companies make tens and hundreds of millions of dollars, there was something missing for me. I wanted to see my impacts on a more personal level improving the lives of those I work with more directly.
Also, over the last 5 years Ive dove deep into personal development learning from greats of that industry. This helped solidify what I want out of life and how I can better use my business experience and personal growth experience to help others.

The result of all of this reflection was the creation of The Business Superstars, a coaching business dedicated to improving the lives of small business owners through personal growth, proven business tools, and the Superstars community. MY CLIENTS
I work with small business owners who want more out of their life and business. Many are feeling overwhelmed with dealing with external influences of the pandemic, uncertainty about the future, and have lost their passion for their business. They have lost some of the drive and direction they had when they started the business and in many cases are scared that their business will even last (20% of small businesses last less than a year, 33% less than 2 years).
