Chandan Prum, owner of PANA Donuts Coffee & Boba Tea in Fishers, enjoys seeing regular customers every morning.
“It’s always a great way to start the day,” Prum says. “I get to see all of their smiling faces, and I enjoy talking to them. I really like all of my regulars. They keep me going.”
Since Prum opened the shop on May 21, 2021, it has seen steady business. Prum loves the location, because it is so close to Interstate 69.
“Our morning business is always solid, because people like to stop in and get their doughnuts, hot coffee, and some good stuff to eat for their morning breakfast,” Prum says. “A lot of people have told me they like how easy it is to stop in here on their way to work. Fishers is a great place to have a doughnut shop.”
Prum stresses that everything is made fresh.
“We have delicious, puffy doughnuts that have become popular for our regulars.” Prum says. “Our most ordered items are our apple fritters and our glazed doughnuts.”
The doughnut holes at PANA are a big hit with the breakfast crowd.
“Customers also really like our breakfast sandwiches – the egg, bacon or sausage sandwich – with any choice of bread, which includes a croissant, bagel or toast,” Prum says. “Cheese is included.”
Prum adds that PANA also has a popular lunch sandwich, with a choice of ham, turkey or tuna.
“Our biggest-selling item really is our doughnuts,” Prum says. “Our blueberry cake, old-fashioned cake, bear claws and powdered doughnuts get ordered a lot from our regulars, and from people who are just stopping in for the first time.”
Prum has a personal favorite, which he enjoys on a regular basis.
“I love the glazed doughnuts,” Prum says, “I just love the taste. They are so good.”
Prum notes that PANA’s hot coffee has also gained a large following.
“People tell me they love the coffee, cappuccinos, iced coffee and Thai iced tea,” Prum says. “It is all made fresh. That’s the key to staying in business. You make sure people will come back because they responded to how fresh everything is.”
Prum adds that PANA has a wide variety of fruit teas, including passion fruit, raspberry, mango, strawberry, blueberry and a host of others.
“Our frappuccinos include green tea, caramel, vanilla, pumpkin spice, cookies and cream, and many more,” Prum says. “We also make real fruit smoothies that are a big hit.”
Prum says PANA is part of a successful franchise that is growing, with locations in Indianapolis and Greenwood.
Prum looks forward to meeting new faces to accompany his steady flow of friendly regulars.
“I love it when new faces come in and taste our doughnuts for the first time,” Prum says.

Man o Man I, by fluke, looked in the window. Lots on display. Went in and wow delicious, plentiful. I’m going to make it a regular stop. Light fluffy down-right a home-run. Behind McDonalds 96th & I-69. Castleton Area
