Jill Hall, owner of Repro Graphix, was honored in December with the 2014 Woman Business Owner of the Year Award from the National Association of Women Business Owners.
Hall has been a business owner for 30 years and was grateful for the award.
“I was extremely honored,” said Hall. “As a tenured NAWBO member, I have had the pleasure of getting to know so many remarkable woman business owners over the years, and to be chosen for this award is extremely humbling!”
The award had more than just a personal meaning to Hall.
“Winning this award confirms that after 30 years in business we are still working hard and moving our business ahead in the right direction! I am blessed to have an amazingly smart business partner who’s also my husband that encourages me to focus on my strengths and fills the gaps of my weaknesses. We are a great team and we have a very knowledgeable, tenured staff that supports our vision, mission and values. The award truly goes to our entire team!”
But Hall will not stop here. She looks at the company’s past as she considers the future goals for Repro Graphix.
“In December 1985 Repro Graphix started as a small blueprint shop, printing drawings and specification manuals for the construction industry,” she said. “We have increasingly grown into a complete graphic design and print company for small and large format print needs. Our future goals are to further grow our business by continuing to diversify our offerings in order to meet our customer needs.”
Something that makes Repro Graphix and Hall stand out is the dedication shown to the community. She believes that is one of the keys to success and her advice to young women hoping to own their business.
“My best advice would be to hire wisely and surround yourself with talented and dedicated team members, as well as be thankful for each opportunity and give back to your community and customer base. Repro Graphix is very proud of our community involvement where we serve on many boards, support over 50 nonprofits and 20 industry organizations.”
