Kindergartners in Lori Wilderson’s class at Hoosier Road Elementary culminated a kite unit with a parade Friday, May 4. Students constructed a wide variety of kites and tested their ability to fly them.
“It has involved a lot of math and science,” said Wilderson about the unit. “Some of the kites are pretty elaborate for my kindergartners, and they are very proud of their work.”
