Community First Bank of Indiana Announces Recent Promotions

Community FirstRobb Blume, President and CEO of Community First Bank of Indiana (CFB), is pleased to announce the promotions of Janelle Campbell and Angie Johnson.  

Janelle Campbell, Mortgage Loan Officer based in Westfield, has been promoted to Vice President.  Janelle grew up in Kokomo, IN and has been a client of Community First Bank of Indiana since they opened up in 2003. She has lived in Westfield for over 17 years and helped launch the Pebble Village location in 2015. She is the current Westfield Youth Assistance Program President and serves as the  Events Chairman, helping to plan the Westfield Mayor’s Yellow Tie Ball and the Youth Recognition  Breakfast. Janelle also is Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Westfield Chamber of Commerce where she is the Golf Outing Chairman and assists with the Lantern Awards. Janelle has developed a  reputation of superb client service with a focus on communication with her clients and REALTORS  throughout the mortgage process. She enjoys helping families meet their financial goals through homeownership and values the relationships she develops along the way. Janelle is a 2017 graduate of  Hamilton County Leadership Academy, and is Vice President/Founding Member of Women of Westfield.  When she is not assisting clients or volunteering, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Janelle and her husband, Nick, have five children and 2 dogs, which she claims as the bank mascots, named Cash and Banks. 

“Janelle has been a dedicated employee since her start. Her commitment to hard work and her community is what has made her a success. She never backs away from new responsibilities,” says Wendell Propes, Mortgage Department Manager.  

Community FirstAngie Johnson, Operations Manager based in Kokomo, has been promoted to Vice President. Angie grew up in Burlington, IN and received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Kokomo. Angie now resides in the Galveston area. Angie has been employed at CFB since early 2008 and is dedicated to making sure the Operations area functions smoothly so all employees can successfully serve customers.  When Angie is not at work she enjoys drag racing, cooking, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family and friends. Angie and her husband John have a son, Brent, and a daughter, Erika.

“Angie has been a dedicated employee for almost 13 years. She is an asset to the bank and her employees as we continue to grow,” says Bea Wiles, Chief Operating Officer.
