Ridgeline General Contractors is building its business on integrity and excellence.
Owners Tim Back, Adrian Bohland and Steve Morton offer quality construction services to Indianapolis-area homeowners and businesses. Based in Noblesville, Ridgeline serves Hamilton County and beyond, providing water and fire restoration, roofing, mold remediation and custom remodeling services.
In June 2016, Back pitched the idea to Bohland of partnering with him to start an exterior restoration business and grow it into a premier, multifaceted restoration and construction company. The two wanted to build a company centered on quality work, fair pricing and treating clients the “good old-fashioned way,” with dignity and respect. Leveraging their experience in the insurance industry, they have since added a variety of services to better meet the broad needs of clients.
In their nearly 30 combined years in insurance, Bohland and Back had worked with many contractors who served their clients — but not always well. With a mutual passion for great customer service, they agreed that integrity must be a core value to guide the company.
“As a company, we have the integrity to give the client an honest answer, even if it is one they may not want to hear and could potentially cost us a job opportunity,” Bohland says. “That makes Ridgeline stand out as a company clients can trust and refer with confidence.”
With the addition of third partner Morton in 2020, the company gained estimating and large-loss general contracting experience. The management team has fostered a collegial culture with a talented and dedicated staff, and continues to grow the business largely through client referrals.
