As Hoosiers fire up their grills for outdoor summer parties with family and friends, the staff at family-operated Banters Fresh Meats in Noblesville is ready to make sure its wide selection of meats will be featured at many a festive meal.
Owner Kris Banter says customers have plenty of meat options to choose from at Banters.
We have a lot of fresh beef, chicken, Boars Head, frozen seafood, and also wild game coming soon, Banter says.
Staff members at Banters Fresh Meats have a vast amount of work history in the meat industry.
Our main meat cutter, Brian Kashman, has 25 years of experience in meat cutting and customer service, Banter says.
The staff strives to make sure the customer service at Banters is as high quality as the meat products. Banter wants everyone who leaves the store to be satisfied with their purchase and how they were treated.
It is our mission to provide unparalleled, friendly service, Banter says. Our entire staff strives to provide excellent customer service, and will do their best to have everyone leave happy.
Banter, his family and his staff have all worked hard since opening on April 1 to make sure all customers are well taken care of. They have already managed to establish repeat business, which makes the entire staff very happy.
Some of the customers favorite meats include smoked pork chops, rib eyes and marinated chicken, Banter says.
Banter has his own selection of favorites when hes ready to grill.
My personal favorites are bacon, filets, and beef or chicken kabobs, he says.
Prior to opening Banters Fresh Meats, Banter, who lives with his family in Eaton, Indiana, worked at a family farm raising beef cattle and pigs for more than 25 years. He also worked in the glass recycling industry.
Banter currently enjoys having a family business that offers quality meat products.
My wife Stacey works full time in a dentists office, behind the scenes in the meat shop helping with daily operations, and on the family farm, he says. My daughter Macey works in the shop running the front counter. My son Kade is learning to cut meat, and helps run the family farm. My aunt, Cathi Carr, helps with our social media and our website.
Banter says he loves Noblesville and its residents.
What I like best about Noblesville is the community support, he says. During all of these crazy times, everyone has been very supportive and gave us a very warm welcome.
