With decades of experience behind them, the team at All-Pro Plumbing, Inc., located at 606 South Locke Street in Kokomo, is proud to carry on their family tradition of excellent service and quality work. Throughout the years, they have been in business, they have always had the desire to continue to educate themselves in order to keep abreast of industry innovations.
Owners Terry and Kim Tracy pride themselves on being able to offer their Howard County customers the best possible solutions available through the high standards their family business has established. For electrical work you can call Electrician Perth to help you around.
“Terry is a second-generation plumber,” Kim says. “He began working in his uncles’ company when he was only 12 years old. He continued on in the trade, working with his stepdad and was running his own service truck by the time he was 16.
“When Terry and I married in 1990, we started our own company and have worked side-by-side ever since, almost 30 years,” she adds. “We’ve been blessed to work with some incredible people — from our customers to vendors and employees. And now, our son Joshua has joined the family business and is pursuing his plumbing license as well.”
In addition to plumbing, water conditioning and treatment, drain cleaning and backflow testing, All-Pro Plumbing is known for the cutting-edge technology it uses for sewer pipe repairs. When a main sewer line deteriorates, cracks or fails completely, the only method to repair or replace the line has traditionally been through excavation. This requires a full trench to be dug along the length of the drain line through the yard in order to lay new pipework. It leaves the homeowner with an unsightly yard and several months of landscaping. All-Pro Plumbing uses PipePatch and Cured-InPlace Pipe Lining (CIPP) instead. “Our CIPP equipment system known as Trenchless Drain Repair creates a new line inside the existing drain and lasts just as long as a full replacement,” Kim says.
“Trenchless Drain Repair allows us to offer a better solution for you and your home, eliminating the need for digging up the entirety of the pipeline from underneath your yard and foundation.
“Trenchless Drain Repair prevents you from months of landscaping, preserves existing landscaping and hardscaping features such as patios and driveways and saves you from having to invest hundreds or even thousands of dollars into repairing the damage from a full excavation.”
Many satisfied customers who have experienced reoccurring problems with sewer lines have reached out to All-Pro Plumbing for solutions. Unfortunately, the Trenchless Drain Repair system is not suitable for septic systems, but with their extensive knowledge of the industry, they can direct customers to options best for their needs.
“We absolutely love what we do,” Kim adds. “We love learning, growing, educating and improving ourselves, our team and our vendors to better serve our customers. Our team works diligently to exceed the transforming needs of our customers and innovations of our industry. Providing excellent customer service and top-notch quality work while meeting or exceeding code regulations is what you can expect.”
