FORUM Credit Union welcomes The Visiting Nurse Service, Inc. (VNS) who will be administering flu and pneumonia vaccinations from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Flu shots will be $25. Pneumonia shots will be $40. 1/2 dose flu shots (6-35 mo.) will be $15. VNS accepts cash or check only.
