On November 14, the Royals Varsity Club (RVC) hosted an annual fundraiser, the Black and Blue Bash, to benefit Hamilton Southeastern’s athletic department. Selling over 200 tickets, the event helped to raise about $20,000.
A huge success, the Black and Blue Bash provided a fun-filled night with raffles and food while recognizing all HSE sports. The fundraiser will help to provide HSE athletes with equipment, scholarships, updated training and weight rooms and portable AEDs.
The RVC would like to thank their sponsors: Eye 4 Group, Fishers Magazine, Mascot Monthly, Monarch Beverage, Sam’s Club/96th Street and Total Restoration General Contractors Inc.
They would also like to thank everyone who attended as well as the planning committee: Karla Clement, Tim Cullen, Alba Jessop, Kathy Kleinrichert, Carol McCormack, Tina Mudd, Mary Kate Myers, Nicole Scherer and Amanda Simone.
