Set to take place July 3 and 4 in the heart of Carmel, this beloved Independence Day celebration brings together the best of community spirit, entertainment and festive fun.
Organized by the Rotary Club of Carmel, CarmelFest is more than just a fireworks display — it’s a two-day experience filled with live music, family-friendly activities, local food vendors and plenty of patriotic pride.

Live Entertainment: Two Days of Nonstop Music
CarmelFest 2025 boasts an impressive lineup of musical performances across two main stages: the Gazebo Stage and Carter Green. Here’s a glimpse of what to expect:
Thursday, July 3
Cease & Resist – High-energy rock ‘n’ roll to kick off the festivities at 1 p.m. on the Gazebo Stage.
That’s What She Said! – A dynamic mix of rock, pop, country and R&B from the ’60s to today at 4:30 p.m. on the Gazebo Stage.
Phone Club – Indiana’s own pop/rock band performing at 4:45 p.m. on the Carter Green Stage.
The Wonderlands – Alternative indie music blending pop, rock and funk at 6 p.m. on the Gazebo Stage.
Soul Street – Indianapolis-based R&B/soul band with a powerful brass section at 6:30 p.m. on the Carter Green Stage.
Indiana Wind Symphony – A mix of classical and modern compositions at 8 p.m. on the Gazebo Stage.

Parade: A Patriotic Procession
Don’t miss the Allied Solutions CarmelFest Parade, Indiana’s largest Fourth of July parade, on Friday, July 4 at 10:30 a.m. The parade route travels west on Carmel Drive, heads north on Rangeline Road and east on Main Street. Bring chairs, water and sunscreen to enjoy the spectacle. For those unable to attend in person, livestream coverage begins at 10 a.m.
Fireworks: A Grand Finale
Conclude your Independence Day celebration with a breathtaking fireworks display on Friday, July 4 at 9:45 p.m. This year’s show combines the best elements from previous years into one incredible 30-minute grand finale, launched from the Carmel Ice Skadium. For an immersive experience, bring a radio to listen to the synchronized music on WHJE 91.3 FM. Please note that online streaming may have a delay and will not sync exactly with the fireworks.
