Having opened in September 2024, Chicago’s Pizza in Lebanon is serving quality, Chicago-influenced pizza to Boone County.
Being part owner of Chicago’s Pizza in Speedway, Brad Meyers knows firsthand the level of service and quality of products that Chicago’s Pizza offers, and wanted to bring this Chicago-inspired concept to Lebanon.
“Chicago’s Pizza offers such great, quality food and service,” Meyers says. “Each Chicago’s Pizza is individually owned, giving it a family feel, and they are very involved in their community.”
Meyers, who currently lives in Pittsboro, says he chose to open a Chicago’s Pizza in Lebanon because he loves the area’s small-town charm and community feel.
With their extensive pizza menu, Chicago’s Pizza offers an affordable way to feed a family or large gathering. “Pizza is comfort food,” says Meyers. ”Everybody likes it.”
At Chicago’s Pizza in Lebanon, there are pizza options for everyone. Meyers says the create-your-own option is great because people can customize and choose their own crust, toppings and sauce. Customers can choose from crust options that include traditional hand-tossed, deep-dish, crispy thin, or almost-gluten-free cauliflower crusts.
There are plenty of topping options to choose from, including meat options like pepperoni, sausage, Italian Sausage, ground beef, ham and bacon, as well as veggie toppings like tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms, black olives, pineapple, banana peppers, jalapeños, onions and spinach. Customers even have the option of replacing pizza sauce with barbecue sauce, ranch dressing and buffalo sauce. With all of these options, people have the ability to design their perfect pie.
Chicago’s Pizza Lebanon also has unique specialty pizzas. Options include the BBQ Bacon Burger, featuring barbecue sauce topped with ground beef, bacon, onions, and a blend of mozzarella and cheddar jack cheeses. The Chicken Prime is an olive oil and sauce-based pizza with chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, and a pinch of garlic salt.
A trip to Chicago’s Pizza Lebanon wouldn’t be complete without their Cinnamon Dessert Pizza or their famous breadsticks, served with two sides of either marinara sauce, nacho cheese, cheddar cheese or garlic butter.
Recently added to the Chicago’s Pizza Lebanon menu are the Stromboli, Meatball Italiano, and Grilled Chicken sandwiches. The Stromboli is made with crumbled pork sausage, onions, mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce. The Meatball Italiano features meatballs, green peppers, onions, marinara and mozzarella cheese. The Grilled Chicken sandwich has grilled chicken, mozzarella cheese and honey Dijon mustard. Meyers is excited to offer these freshly made sandwiches and says they make great lunch options.
Chicago’s Pizza Lebanon also has a daily lunch special that includes a 9-inch one-topping pizza, a half order of breadsticks, and a 20-ounce drink for $12.50, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
