Revive NutritionJessica Strickler, owner of Revive Nutrition, says her business is improving the health of many people in the area.

Revive Nutrition, which started on January 10, is promoting a healthier and happier lifestyle for individuals in Fulton County. The business is a nutrition club that serves nutritional shakes, energizing teas and aloe.

“I previously worked at the Revive Nutrition in Wabash, Indiana, and I really loved it,” Strickler says. “I became very interested in the business because I liked their drinks so much. I also learned a lot about all of the wonderful things they do. I love the way they are so community-oriented, and look out for the health and well-being of people.”

Strickler worked at the Wabash Revive Nutrition for a year before she decided to start her own business.

“I took all of the great advice and different things I had learned from the people I worked with, and also from the great customers, and I decided I was ready to start my own Revive Nutrition,” she says. “I had an idea of how I could do this in Rochester. I put myself in the shoes of the customer.”

Strickler says was a regular customer at the Wabash Revive Nutrition before she worked there.

“I worked as a lunch lady at one of the schools in Wabash, and I would go get a delicious tea bomb and a shake at the Revive Nutrition in Wabash every day,” Strickler says. “It was a great part of my routine, and it was a positive way to get my day going in the right direction. I want to share that same great taste and feeling with everyone in Rochester. It was worth it for me to take the chance.”

Strickler notes that the Rochester Revive Nutrition is also focused on helping the community by donating tips to local businesses and organizations.

“We are currently giving tip-jar money to a person with leukemia to help him with his medical bills,” Strickler says. “It’s been a great way to give back to all of the wonderful people in Rochester.”

Revive Nutrition has a wide and extensive variety of healthy drinks to choose from.

“Customers already have their favorites that they come back for,” Strickler says. “Some of the favorite shakes we have are the Dirt Pudding, Payday, and Dirty Elvis. We also have some favorite teas, which are the Bad & Boujee, Beach Bum, and Gushers.”

“I love our Thin Mint Cookie,” Strickler says.

Revive Nutrition also offers popular cardio drumming classes from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, and from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Saturdays.

Strickler adds that the cardio drumming classes are a great way to relieve stress.

“It’s a positive way to get a good workout in, and get rid of the anxiety and stress you are feeling,” Strickler says. “I have had many people tell me how much they love the classes, and feel better afterwards.”

Stickler feels great about promoting a healthier lifestyle with nutritious drinks and positive cardio drumming classes.

“I love it when people tell me they are feeling better than they did the week before, and want to tell their family and friends about us,” she says. “I feel like I am making a very positive difference in the lives of others.”
