We have a variety of classes to suit everyone. We recommend starting with a Gentles class if you are new to Pilates. This is our beginner class working at a slower pace. We recommend sticking with Gentles classes until you are confident to progress to our more challenging classes.
We recommend starting with a Slow Flow class if new to Yoga. This is a flow class that moves a little more slowly and holds poses for a little longer. Because of the slower pace, some find these classes more accessible than our Vinyasa Flow classes.
