Birkhead Co. Heating and Air Conditioning was founded in 1947 by the father of Bobby Birkhead. Bobby began his career working for his father, and in 1960, he and his wife, Mary, took the helm of the business.
The duo managed the company until its sale in 2011 to Jim Ray and his business partner, Wade Owen. Both Owen and Ray had dedicated over 25 years to working at Birkhead Co. before acquiring it.
“It was an excellent opportunity to carry on the business, and thanks to our extensive experience, Wade and I were able to ensure a smooth transition,” Ray states.
