Since the Bourbon Classic launched, Kentucky alone has seen the number of distilleries grow dramatically, with dozens more operating today than in 2013. “Angel’s Envy is hosting a brunch, which will be fantastic,” Thompson says. “We now have bottle sales allowed for the weekday events at the Kentucky International Convention Center.”
