Starting in September, the 2022 Home-A-Rama will be held in Westfield’s Chatham Hills neighborhood. Six homes will be included in this event including a spacious modern coastal home built by Carrington Homes. This is the second time that Carrington Homes has participated in the Home-A-Rama, and President Carl McIntyre expresses delight in returning to the show.
“Home-A-Rama is a great place to showcase our work for thousands of visitors to see,” McIntyre says.
Carrington’s Home-A-Rama house is a showstopper. The home spans over 6,500 square feet and includes countless amenities and luxury touches, including a half-court basketball court, three fireplaces, a swimming pool, upper terrace, and a golf simulator. The home is a smart home in which the homeowner can control lighting, audio, alarm, and their HVAC system to alert when a heating or air conditioning repair is needed.
With 30 years of experience, Carrington Homes has built a reputation as a distinguished custom homebuilder within the Indianapolis area. Carrington Homes was established in 1992 by McIntyre and his parents. The company is now solely owned by McIntyre whose roots in the building industry began in his adolescence.
The company offers a full-service custom building process in which the team focuses on the homeowners’ choices. Carrington Homes offers the services of an in-house design team as well as selection concierges and vendors.
McIntyre says his ability to respond to customer changes sets his business apart from other homebuilders.

The company operates out of McCordsville and build all over the Indianapolis area, excluding the west side.
Tim and Stephanie Capen selected Carrington Homes to build their two-story Greenfield home.
