In 2020 Thorpe founded the Indiana Vein Institute, the only dedicated vein practice in the region. Over time he began incorporating aesthetic care into his practice, driven by patient feedback and a desire to help people feel their best, inside and out. “As a surgeon, I would perform in-office procedures to treat varicose veins,” he recalls. “I noticed my patients would sing the same refrain; they loved the improvements to their veins and skin.”
