With a brand-new driver’s license in hand, a pickup truck with a trailer of trash behind him, a two-hour drive one way on I-65 in bumper-to-bumper traffic, and instructions from his father that simply stated, “you’re on your own,” this became baptism by fire into the business world in addition to being an early learning experience. So, with confidence, determination and knowing the value of hard work, Jack’s Lawn Service became a reality last year.
