Gary Schlabach, co-owner of Supreme Coatings in Middlebury, firmly believes high-quality work and positive feedback from customers will always lead to repeat business.
We are just getting started, but we want people to know we do a great job on everything, Schlabach says. We officially began last September, and we are getting the word out. From the beginning of a job to the finish, we make sure the customers get nothing but the absolute best.
Schlabach, who co-owns the business with his brothers Kevin and Lyndon, says they look at the extent of a job first, and then get underway.

The people in Middlebury and the surrounding areas are just really friendly, he says. They are wonderful people who know how to make you feel welcome. Kevin lives in Goshen and Lyndon lives in Topeka. They also enjoy living in this area, and working for great people. Our families are happy in this area too. There are also so many great shops and restaurants in Middlebury, Goshen and Topeka.
Schlabach hopes Supreme Coatings will expand its customer base through the coming years.
I think there is a lot of room for growth in this area, because there are so many lake houses and pools that need chip and seal work, and coatings, he says.
