From Repairs to Custom Builds, Taylored PCs Gets Customers Up and Running

Josh Taylor, owner of Taylored PCs, says he knows what its like when clients have computers that arent working, and have deadlines to meet.
We are really fast when it comes to computer repair because we also know you need to get back to work, Taylor says. You are not getting your emails or your work done. We can get you back to work because we are fast.
Taylor says its been that way since the business started 19 years ago.
We not only do a lot of repair work, but we also do virus removal to keep your computer or laptop running smoothly, Taylor says. If you are not sure about spyware or malware, we can take care of it. We can clean your computer or laptop, and have them run more smoothly after we have worked on them.
Taylor adds that if a customer feels their computer system has been compromised, they shouldnt hesitate to get it in for a cleanup. He says quick turnaround has led to recommendations from customers to their family and friends. He and his staff can also custom-build computers to fit a customers specific needs.
We offer a warranty with the custom-built computers we make for our customers, Taylor says. Customers have different tastes and we work with them to get them exactly what they need. We tell people that we are solution-focused and we want them to be very happy with our work. We offer very friendly customer service and we want to keep getting positive customer referrals.
Taylor says they take some trade-ins and apply the value towards the purchase of a new system.
We buy and sell new, used and refurbished equipment, Taylor says. We have had a lot of customers tell us they have been very happy with this. We have inventory here but not a lot of overhead.
The prices are also reasonable.
Our hourly rates are $85 an hour, and the virus removal is $25 to $85 an hour, Taylor says.
Taylor also does a lot to support the Kokomo community. He has sponsored a race car, Gamblin Racing 19, and helped Wrangler & Friends with their laptops. Wrangler & Friends offers horse riding lessons, camps, workshops, therapeutic riding and more.
Taylored PCs has sponsored toy car racing at Backyard Raceway, and has been a sponsor at the TARCAR Memorial Race as well as many other races.
Taylor has volunteered and donated to We Care for a very long time. He and his staff are very much involved with We Care events.
Taylor has also been in a co-op business with Cora Ray from Just Fix It. She comes in and takes care of phones, tablets, game systems and more. She has been a great addition to the services provided at Taylored PCs.
Taylor is always looking forward to meeting new customers.
We do a lot of small-business networking and we have a nice storefront, he says. We welcome walk-in customers and we are open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Mondays through Fridays. Our prices and availability on all parts are subject to change daily.
