Live Music, Stormtroopers, Food Trucks and More at Starlight Movie Night

Greenwood-Library-Logo.FeatThe Greenwood Public Library is hosting a free evening of fun for the entire family with the Starlight Movie Night on Friday, July 12th.  Crafts, games, and a performance by the Greenwood Community Band will get the evening started, and an outdoor screening of the hilarious SciFi spoof “Galaxy Quest” (PG) will begin at dark.  There will also be costumed Star Wars actors from the 501st Legion: Vader’s Fist, and attendees are encouraged to wear their best SciFi costume for the chance to win a prize.

Starlight Movie Night will take place at Old City Park at 304 S Meridian St, directly north of the Library.  Pack a picnic dinner, grab your lawn chairs or blankets, and bring the entire family.  Johnson’s BBQ Shack and Pierogi Love Indy food trucks will also be at the event.
