I work for the City of Franklin – the parks department.
What is your earliest memory of being in Franklin?
I grew up in Bargersville, and every Saturday my family would come to Franklin to shop. It would be an all-day event. I was probably around 4 years old. I can remember going to the Artcraft Theatre with my dad while my mother and her friends would shop.
Where do you like to shop in Franklin and why?
I love shopping in all of the downtown shops and boutiques. They all offer something different.
Where do you like to eat in Franklin, and what do you order?
I love Richard’s Brick Oven Pizza, just south of the courthouse. I am a pescatarian, so I can always find a meatless salad, pasta or pizza.
What is your favorite thing to do for fun in Franklin?
My favorite thing to do in Franklin is take advantage of the Greenway Trail. I’m either biking or walking, depending on the weather. I think that it’s beautiful in all four seasons!
What makes Franklin special to you?
Franklin is special to me because I feel safe here. I never worry about my grandkids walking around town. Franklin is a small town with a big-town feel, especially with the new amphitheater.
