During the 2008-2009 economic recession, the company not only survived, but thrived. “During recession times, if equipment sales drop, repair needs typically increase,” Marshall explains. This ability to adapt has helped the company survive during economic challenges.

Unlike large HVAC companies who push sales over service, Marshall’s team is all about educating customers and giving honest, transparent advice. “Our goal is to educate our clients about their options and help them make informed decisions, rather than pushing unnecessary products,” Marshall says.
