New Apartment Community Features Prime Location, Diverse Amenities

Pullman Pointe is a new apartment community in Fishers owned by Scannell Properties, and built and managed by J.C. Hart Company.
The property has already been well received in the Fishers community.
When the opportunity arose [to build in Fishers] we thought, Weve already established in Fishers, in the market, says Christina Carr, the regional manager of J.C. Hart Company. Thats when we decided to do the partnership with Scannell.
The community consists of 190 apartments, most of which feature one or two bedrooms, as well as one studio apartment, according to Carr.
The square footage starts at 742 and goes up to 794 in our one-bedrooms, and then our two-bedrooms start at about 1,165, Carr says. They go up to 1,307. All of our common living space and hallways are laminate wood flooring. We do have granite countertops and then the bedrooms are carpeting. We do have some stand-up showers in a couple of our two-bedrooms. All of our units come with washers and dryers.
Select units also feature patios and balconies.
In addition to the living spaces, Pullman Pointe also boasts various luxury amenities on-site. The complex clubhouse features a Wi-Fi lounge and a conference room, as well as a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment.
We originally were going to do a yoga room, and then kind of changed it up with more CrossFit equipment, Carr says. We have cycling bikes and all sorts of cardio [equipment].
The clubhouse also features a pool table, a foosball table and an air-hockey table.
A swimming pool is located at the center of the complex where tenants can relax and unwind. The swimming pool area also features a hot tub and putting green.
Additional amenities include Amazon package lockers, a dog-washing station, as well as a bike storage area that has equipment ready for tenants who need to do repairs on their bikes. Pullman Pointes location is an easy bike ride away from various Fishers restaurants, shopping centers and other entertainment hubs.
Carr says, long-term, residents of Pullman Pointe wont need to leave the property to meet their shopping or culinary needs. The property has retail space built into the clubhouse.
Were not exactly sure whos going to be interested in that, but were hoping possibly some type of either restaurant or coffee house, or something of that nature, Carr says.
All of this, Carr says, is meant to provide the residents at Pullman Pointe with the best living experience possible.
We want our residents to feel a sense of community, and also have an enjoyable living experience while staying in a J.C. Hart home, she says. We really strive on customer service, and we hope that we give five-star service to every single person that walks through our door.
