LUNCHEON PRICE INCREASE EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2007
Due to increased catering charges, a price increase will take place beginning February 1, 2007 for all future luncheons.

Price Changes are as follows:
Pre-Paid Lunches: $16

Payment must be received the Monday prior to the luncheon.
Payment at the Door: $20

Walk-In’s will be allowed if space is available
Non-Member Fee: $25
Directions:

69N/SR37N to the 116th Street exit, number 5. From I69N-Turn right (east) on 116th Street and continue to USA Parkway. Turn right and go south on USA Parkway to FORUM Credit Union Corporate Headquarters. Turn left to enter FORUM Conference Center parking.
