The Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis announces the 2007 Luxury Home-A-Rama takes place at Viking Meadows in Westfield from August 18 through September 3.
hh gregg Fine Lines is the presenting sponsor, Lockhart Cadillac/Hummer is the auto sponsor, and LaSalle Bank is the product sponsor. Again this year, a portion of the proceeds from Home-A-Rama benefits the Indiana Ronald McDonald House.
A special feature of this year’s Luxury Home-A-Rama is that Midwest Living Magazine chose to build their 20th anniversary Idea Home as part of the show.
Each Home-A-Rama is held in a different development in the Indianapolis metro area, allowing for a completely new theme and atmosphere every year. This single-location home tour features six fully-furnished custom homes priced over $1.5 million.
Luxury Home-A-Rama 2007 will include new construction from five association custom builders: DayMarc Homes, Scott B. Campbell Custom Homes, Inc, Gradison Building Corp, Steven M. Hoss Builder Inc. and Hamilton Homes. The builders themselves will be on hand during the event to discuss their designs and answer questions.
A walk through any or all of the Home-A-Rama show homes allows visitors to see the latest design, technology, decorating and landscaping trends and learn more about the Association’s Quality Assurance Builder Standards.
Home-A-Rama hours are as follows: Monday through Thursday – 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday, Saturday and Sunday – noon to 10 p.m. Hours for Labor Day are noon to 6 p.m. Admission to Home-A-Rama is $12 per adult, $6 for children 12 to 5, children 4 and under are free.
