NEW YEAR, NEW CLASS
Kindergarten Enrollment Is Open for the Class of 2037
It may only be February, but Hamilton Southeastern Schools is already preparing for the start of the 2024-2025 school year. Families with incoming kindergarteners also may want to begin planning. Enrollment is now open for the class of 2037, which can be completed online at hseschools.org/about/enrollment.
HSE Schools offers full-day kindergarten at its 13 elementary buildings to all students residing within the district boundaries. With a commitment to individualized attention, HSE maintains low student-to-teacher ratios to ensure all students’ developmental needs are met. During the school year, teachers cover essential areas such as language skills, problem solving, social and emotional well-being, general knowledge about the world, and physical health.
To enroll in kindergarten, children must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2024. Families may apply for early entrance for students that will turn 5 between August 2 and September 30, 2024.
Be on the lookout for more information on the upcoming kindergarten open house, which is typically held in April. This is an opportunity to tour your student’s new school, meet administrators and kindergarten teachers, learn about school-specific offerings, and get excited about the future with HSE!
