Two Open House Dates Set For Hamilton Trace On May 18 & 19
CarDon & Associates, a Bloomington-based provider of senior living services, is proud to unveil the renovations of its Fishers community, Hamilton Trace, located at 11851 Cumberland Road. Among other things, the $5 million expansion project more than doubled the number of assisted living apartments at the community. The new total of 67 residences will consist of 32 new one-bedroom apartments and five two-bedroom apartments.
Along with the apartments, lounge and activity area, the community’s dining room, which serves three restaurant-quality meals a day, also underwent expansion and renovation.
Hamilton Trace will host two open houses this month, the first for the general public and the other for professionals within the community. Both will include refreshments and door prizes. The open house events will occur on the following dates and times.
- Tuesday, May 18: 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. (General Public)
Wednesday, May 19: 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Professionals)
“We’re excited to show off our new and improved campus here,” said CarDon Chief Operating Officer Gregg Gormal. “We believe it will be a big boon not only to residents and their families but to the surrounding community as well.”
Reservations are required for both open houses. RSVP at 317-813-7777 or email infoHT@cardon.us. Social distancing will be in place at both events.
