What an incredible journey these past four years have been. Throughout your time at Center Grove High School, you have made your mark in the classroom, on the stage, on the field, in clubs and activities, and in the everyday moments that make our school community special. Your talents, passions, personalities, and school spirit have helped shape CGHS, and we are proud of all you have accomplished.
People often wonder how students in a large school like Center Grove High School can truly be known as individuals. To me, the answer is simple: our staff cares deeply about students. Behind every classroom, activity, performance, competition, and conversation have been adults who believed in you and wanted the very best for your future. I hope each of you has felt cared for, challenged, celebrated, and heard during your years here, because those relationships are what make CGHS more than just a school.
As you begin your next chapter—whether that is college, a trade or technical school, the military, an apprenticeship, or the workforce—know that you are prepared. Your experiences at CGHS have helped you grow not only academically, but also as problem solvers, leaders, teammates, and compassionate individuals. You have learned how to persevere through challenges, support one another, and continue growing, even when things may have felt difficult.
Many years from now, I hope you look back on your time at CGHS with a smile and return to share the incredible things you are doing. Most importantly, I hope you always remember that you mattered here—not simply because of what you accomplished, but because of who you are as people.
You will be missed, and we are grateful for each of you.
