Zionsville Eyecare Has Developed a New Plan Called the Eagle Eyes Program

For 42 years, Zionsville Eyecare has served Zionsville, Indiana, and other surrounding communities. With seven doctors in-house, they are dedicated to providing the highest-quality, personalized eyecare for the entire family. The optometrists are highly trained to analyze your vision, discuss next steps and provide quality vision care.

• Zionsville Eyecare provides the following services to new and existing patients:
• Comprehensive Eye Health Exams with advanced adult and pediatric screenings now available.
• Contact lens fittings including specialty designs
• Eye disease diagnosis and treatment. (Recently including laser treatment for glaucoma.)
• Optilight IPL for advanced dry eye treatment
• Optical services by experienced opticians
• Co-management of cataract and other refractive surgeries

Amongst these services, Zionsville Eyecare has also developed a new plan called the Eagle Eyes Program.

The Eagle Eyes Program is a completely transparent, cost-effective, annual membership offered exclusively to Zionsville Eyecare patients. The program is designed to replace traditional vision plans for routine annual eyecare and analysis.

“We wanted to create a simple plan to help our patients understand what benefits they receive and what they are paying for those products and services,” explains Dr. Nicholas Garn, O.D. “Several things have changed over the years, and now many frame and lens manufacturers, retail outlets, and doctors’ offices are owned by the insurance companies.”

Dr. Garn explains that big insurance companies have made insurance plans so complex that no patient can understand them. This leaves patients without the knowledge of understanding what they are paying for on an annual basis for their vision services and products.

That is when Dr. Garn decided to offer a program that is simple and different than any other program. Launching in 2021, the Eagle Eyes Program now has more than 340 members enrolled. This amount grew by eight times versus its opening year.

The Zionsville Eyecare Eagle Eyes Program offers two plans to patients. The Standard Plan is designed for routine vision care with the family in mind. The Gold Plan is designed for those with more complex medical eye care needs whose comprehensive exam will be billed to their medical insurance.

The Eagle Eyes Program offers:

• A complete eye exam, including a refraction and digital retinal screening
• 25% off contact lens evaluations
• One box free of daily disposable contact lenses (with an annual supply purchase)
• An unlimited 40% off eyewear (some manufacturer frames are limited to a smaller discount with some limits on specialty lenses)
• 10% discount on all supplements and other retail products
