Owners Kyle Roy, Anthony Miller, and Tom Gastino already had years of experience with excavation, construction and heavy equipment through their concrete business, Silvers Concrete and Paving. They saw an opportunity to use that experience to specialize in sewer-line work while giving homeowners a more hands-on approach to the repair process.
Golds was built specifically around sewer lines rather than general plumbing.
When the team visits a property, they inspect the line with high-definition camera equipment, identify the problem and walk the homeowner through what they find.
That includes explaining the condition of the pipe, the available options and why a particular repair or replacement may or may not make sense.
For the company, that process is important because sewer repairs can involve significant costs.
