THE MUSIC OF LA CASA AZUL WITH THE CARMEL SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA will be presented one night only at The Palladium in Carmel, Indiana on August 5, 2023. This special CONCERT VERSION of the theatrical musical will be performed by the Carmel Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Artistic Director Janna Hymes and will feature a cast of local singers and dancers. Directing the vocals is Tammy Anderson with production direction by NYC Director and Playwright Georgina Escobar.
The award-winning musical featuring original music by Gregory Glade and lyrics by Kate Ayers and Gregory Glade was inspired by the life of Mexican Artist Frida Kahlo and has received critical acclaim for its former theatrical productions. This is the first time that a “concert version” of the musical will be presented. Please join us for this once-in-a-lifetime event with the Carmel Symphony Orchestra.
