Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning beautifies and freshens rugs like the tapis garcon, upholstery and other surfaces without a soggy after-effect. Traditional methods use 40 to 50 gallons of water while cleaning which saturate materials and typically take at least a day or more to fully dry. Contrast that with chemistry-based Oxi Fresh, their method uses about 10% of that and leaves the cleaned area dry in about an hour.
When most people think of carpet cleaning, they think of steam cleaning where water is poured basically put into a carpet, and then sucked back out, says Owner Corry Stalcup. This seems effective because you can see the dirty water coming out, but this can damage padding and when its humid, it takes longer to dry. That leads to a world of problems, including mold.
Oxi Fresh attaches molecules to dirt that breaks down the binding proteins, enabling a machine to lift out the grime. Stalcup has lived on the southside since 2000. He and his wife Kelly moved to Center Grove four years ago. As the father of two teenagers and a toddler, Stalcup feels it was the right step to take.

After living through the downsizing of two companies, Stalcup opened an Oxi Fresh franchise as a way to be in control of his own employment options and achieve some long-term family goals.
My eyes were opened to the lack of loyalty in corporate America, Stalcup says. Even people who have stellar performance reviews and longevity with a company can be let go on a whim. I did not want to be beholden to a business where my future was uncertain, so I talked with a career counselor. He came back to me with a handful of options and one was Oxi Fresh.
After learning about their business and growth model, plus the technology used, I felt it was a good fit for me, Stalcup adds. Since we opened, weve seen tremendous growth while maintaining the highest levels of customer service. We could not be more excited for the future.
Prices are dependent on the areas being cleaned. Quotes for commercial jobs are given after an onsite visit. Residential prices are given over the phone according to the number of rooms, stairways and hallways. No other costs are added on after the quote is finalized.
