Knowing Thanksgiving week was going to be hectic, I ordered the large Bella to take as an appetizer for our family gathering. Best decision ever! Everything was prepped and boxed beautifully. The assortment of meats, cheeses, fruits, spreads, dips, and bruschetta were delicious! The whole platter was a huge hit! Amber went above and beyond for my bridal shower! Everything was stunning, she does such a beautiful set up for parties and all of my guests raved about the food. Amber worked with me to come up with some items outside of the typical charcuterie spread and made the most delicious chicken salad croissants, Mediterranean chicken skewers and a variety of dips. I always recommend Amber for any type of party or get together – she is the best!!

We hired Geist Charcuterie for our wedding and Amber exceeded all my expectations. I was SPEECHLESS when I saw it. All night everyone talked about how delicious and beautiful it was – the main comment I kept hearing is that it looked like a painting! Amber made sure the decor added to the table matched my wedding theme as well. She is so thoughtful and easy to work with. The board was truly a work of art and it’s obvious how much Amber loves & values what she does. We will definitely be using GC again in the figure and I will be recommending her to everyone I know!

Amber truly exceeded my expectations for my baby shower. We had a large co-Ed party and I didn’t want to have to worry about doing any of the food myself. She came up with which items we should use and took care of it all. She even added some florals and greens to the spread so it matched the florals for the rest of the party. Not only was it stunning but it was delicious too! Everyone kept asking “who did this!? This is amazing!” I have also used Geist Charcuterie for several work events (box delivery) and everything was perfect. I can tell she used higher quality ingredients and ours so much love and care into her work and business. 10/10 recommend!!!

I called Geist Charcuterie (Amber) for my sons graduation day party. We had some people staying at our house to watch graduation.
