Indiana Cleaning & Sealing recently changed its name to Forte Surfaces in an effort to fully showcase all of the services provided.
The company was formed in 2008 by Danny Spiczenski as Indiana Roof Cleaning LLC. Forte Surfaces offers interior and exterior hard-surface restoration. Chief Executive Officer Jason Kirkby says top services include epoxy flooring, stone and concrete restoration, paver restoration, specialty roof cleaning, parking garage restoration, and estate property management services.
“We noticed many of our customers didn’t realize all of the services we offer,” Kirkby says. “Many of our clients didn’t know we offered epoxy flooring or even what epoxy flooring is, so we wanted a way to showcase all we do.”
Epoxy and polyurea is an excellent option for concrete garage floors, basements or showrooms. Kirkby says Forte Surfaces offers many design solutions including quartz, flake, metallic, and solid-color epoxy. The result is a durable finish that’s easy to clean and protects surfaces from the elements.
Kirkby says the word “forte” means strong point, and was an obvious choice when describing the company’s services and abilities. He says they pride themselves on their highly trained staff, quality products, customer commitment and continuous improvement. Forte Surfaces provides services in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. Kirkby says they wanted their name to reflect who they are as a company and their passion for hard-surface restoration.
“One of our biggest pillars is our customer service,” Kirkby says. “Sometimes it’s hard to get businesses to actually answer their phone or show up when they say they will. We answer our phone, provide you with a timely estimate and show up on time to complete the work with a smile.”
Kirkby says it’s also essential for the company to stay updated with new trends and technologies in the industry. He says they work closely with manufacturers who share the same mission to ensure the best outcomes for their clients.
One of the more niche services Forte Surfaces offers is specialty roof cleaning. Kirkby says there is a market of homes with specialty roofs made of slate, cedar shake and barrel tile. He says they use a proprietary cleaning process to remove algae, fungus and black mold to extend the life of your roof. This prevents algae, mildew, mold and moss from returning.
“When a customer calls, we schedule the free estimate right away,” Kirkby says. “We get the estimate to the customer within 24 hours and give them a service date within 24 hours of the estimate approval. We have been in business 15 years and our commitment to our thousands of satisfied customers will always be number one.”
