Bonnie Ranger and Her Team Help Clients Find Their Dream Houses

Compassion and care help to define Bonnie Ranger, a broker and realtor who is a part of the CENTURY 21 Bradley Realty team in Fort Wayne, and the Indiana Home Experts (IHE). Although based in Fort Wayne, Ranger goes wherever she is called and has helped clients all around northern Indiana. Ranger approaches her position with a focus on finding clients their dream home, and never letting anyone settle for something that is just good enough. This is achieved through the compassion, care, dedication, understanding and overall love for the job that Ranger has brought to her clients since she began serving her community in 2001.

The job for Ranger is all about helping her clients. “If I get the phone call, I go,” says Ranger, who has sold two homes in the lakes area this year, and has worked all over Indiana throughout her career. Pierceton, Syracuse, Warsaw, Bluffton and Angola begin the long list of places Ranger has helped clients find their homes.

Ranger’s dedication and care for her work is reflected in the teams she is happy to be a part of. The IHE and CENTURY 21 Bradley Realty have an interdependent relationship. Ranger is supported by, and provides support for, her two teams. The IHE includes a tight-knit group of around 15 brokers who are always there for one another. According to Ranger, moving to the IHE is one of the best things she has done in her career. If Ranger or someone on the team cannot make a showing, they have a safety net in the form of other brokers willing to fill in.

CENTURY 21 Bradley Realty is another support network that Ranger works in. “Working with Jim Bradley has been a blessing,” says Ranger, who is happy about her job and partnerships. Bradley cares a great deal for those who work with him. Before joining the team, Ranger would have to devote her resources to the sometimes-mandated training and classes that come with being a broker. Since becoming a part of CENTURY 21 Bradley Realty, Ranger has received the support she deserves. Bradley provides classes in the office, and even offers online options for his team’s convenience.

The idea to become a broker came to Ranger in a dream, which she has made into a reality. Through hard work, dedication, and an overall care and compassion for the job she does, Ranger has become a successful and accomplished broker. Foundational to that success and achievement is the approach that Ranger has taken since she had a dream about being a broker in 2001. “I got up the next day and made my phone calls,” she says.

Having known virtually no one in real estate at the time, she made many calls, which exemplifies Ranger’s work ethic. Another character trait of Ranger is the dedication she has towards her clients. Ranger is dedicated to her clients because people need help making one of the biggest decisions of their lives. “When I take someone into a home and I think that they are settling, I try to get them out of that home and looking at another one,” Ranger says. “When you see them walk in and their eyes light up, you know that that’s the home.”

Whether clients see one place or 100, Ranger is willing and ready to help people find a home that they can get excited about. If Ranger can help, she will. “If someone sees my information and they call me, I will take that time and I will be there,” she says.
