Beazer Homes, a national new-home builder based out of Atlanta, has won a 2023 Housing Innovation Award from the U.S. Department of Energy for its Liberty model in New Whiteland, Indiana. These awards recognize the very best in innovation on
the path to zero-energy-ready homes, and winners are selected by an esteemed panel of judges. The 2023 Housing Innovation Awards ceremony will be held at the EEBA High Performance Home Builder Summit from October 10 through 12 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

DOE Zero Energy Ready Homes are verified and certified by a qualified third-party inspector.
