Throughout their many years in business, the family-based team has cultivated a culture of continued training and education in order to stay at the cutting edge of industry innovations. Owners Terry and Kim Tracy pride themselves on being able to offer their customers the best possible solutions available through the high standards their family business has established it can be through internet or in-person transactions.
Terry is a second-generation plumber, Kim explains. He began working at his uncles company when he was only 12 years old. He continued on in the trade, working with his stepdad, and was running his own service truck by the time he was 16.
When Terry and I married in 1990, we started our own company and have worked side-by-side ever since, almost 31 years, she says smiling. Weve been so blessed to work with so many incredible people from our customers to our vendors to our incredible employees.
In addition to plumbing, water conditioning and treatment, and drain cleaning, the All-Pro Plumbing team is known for the cutting-edge sewer pipe repair technology theyve brought to Kokomo which allows for a repair to be done on an underground drain pipe with little or no excavation! Where standard sewer line repair techniques require a trench to be dug through the homeowners lawn for the whole length of the pipe, All-Pro Plumbing uses a “Trenchless Drain Repair” system instead.
Our Trenchless Drain Repair system creates a new lining inside the existing drain and lasts just as long or longer than a full replacement! This technology allows us to offer a better solution for you and your home, eliminating the need for digging up the entirety of the pipeline from underneath your yard and foundation, Kim says. Trenchless Drain Repair prevents you from months of landscaping repair-preserving mature trees and yard decor and saves you from investing hundreds or even thousands of dollars into repairing the damage from a full excavation.
Unfortunately, the blocked drains repair system is not typically suitable for septic systems, but with their extensive knowledge of the industry, they can direct all customers to options best for their needs.
