I 69 is closed southbound at 116th Street, and traffic is restricted northbound due to a serious crash at that location.
I have sketchy information from my units on scene at this time, but it appears that one vehicle came across the median and collided with 2 others.
I’ve been advised that there was 1 fatality. In addition, 2 patients were tranported to Methodist Hospital, and a third was transported to Clarian North. No word on their condition.
The Fishers Police Department is investigating the crash on I69.
