Children’s Parade Line Up – Line up will be at Ellipse Parkway and Holland Drive. Please DO NOT drop off your child at Holland Drive. Please park your car on a cul-de-sac near Sunblest Blvd. and walk your child to the starting point FREE – There is no registration, just show up!

TownePost.com Food Drive and Harris Bank School Supply Drive Tent -Nonperishable food items and school supplies will be collected. The tent will be located in the parking lot of Roy G. Holland Park. Grocery carts will be located all around the park to drop off your items. Items will also be collected during the parade by local scout troops. Open all day.

Silent Auction – Lots and lots of great items including a One Day Hopper Pass for four to Disney World Located under the tent with the TownePost.com Food Drive. Closes at 2:00 P.M.

10:00AM

Children’s Parade – The parade route will follow Ellipse Parkway and will end at the intersection of Ellipse Parkway and Holland Drive. All participants will receive a participation ribbon and a goodie bag.

Marsh Supermarkets FREE Game Booths – Games for all ages provided by local businesses and organizations. Co-sponsored by Huntington Bank.

Juried Fine Arts and Crafts Booths – Suggested admission: canned foods, NEW backpacks, school supplies, diapers, NEW toys, books and puzzles. Open until 8:00 p.m.

11:00AM

Community Health Network Children’s Tent and Co-sponsored by RCR Technology Corp., Star Media, Saxony and Duke Energy. This tent will have all sorts of arts and crafts and face painting for children ages 12 and under. The tent will be open until 3:30 p.m. and reopen at 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Water Balloon Launch Game and Climbing Wall – Sponsored by Hoosier Park Racing and Casino. A maximum participation of two times per person per day. Open until 3:00 p.m.

Bungee Trampoline – Open until 3:00 p.m. $5 per person.

Discover Scuba – Bring your swimming suit and try out scuba diving. The swimming pool will be set up on the basketball courts at Roy G. Holland Memorial Park. FREE. Hosted by Indy MPH Watersports. Open until 3:00 p.m.

Kids Entertainment – Located in the park building and under the park building awning. Entertainment will last until 2:00 p.m. Sponsored by Cumberland Road Christian Church.

Master Yoo’s Tae Kwon Do Demonstration

Beer and Wine Garden opens. Closes at 9:30 p.m. Located on the soccer field near the outdoor stage. Everyone will be carded each time you enter the Beer Garden. YOU MAY NOT WALK THE PARK WITH ADULT BEVERAGES. Bringing your own adult beverages is not permitted and is a violation of the law. Tokens must be purchased for alcohol. Tokens will be available at the information tent and at a booth by the Beer Garden. Sponsored by Coors Light.

Xfinity Main Parade – The parade will step off at Lantern Road and 116th Street, west on 116th Street to Holland Drive, north to the park entrance where it will disband at Ellipse Parkway and Holland Drive. Don’t forget your canned goods for the TownePost.com Food Drive and NEW backpacks and school supplies for the “Roy G. Holland Backpacks for Kids” program sponsored by Harris Bank. Local scout troops will be collecting your donations along the parade route.

‘Big Daddy Caddy’ band with weather permitting, the band will perform in the grass just outside the Entertainment Tent. The band will play until the fireworks begin at dusk. (The band will perform inside the tent if it rains.)

Reynolds Farm Equipment Street Dance – “Whiskey Biscuits” The dance will last until 10:00 p.m. (In the event of rain, the band will play in the Entertainment Tent.)

AT DUSK

FIREWORKS – Backpacks, school supplies, diapers, toiletries, etc. Donation buckets will be available all weekend to help support the FIREWORKS FUND. Light up necklaces will be sold at dusk for $3.00.
