In 2008 Rahal’s legacy began when he went on the circuit and won his first NTT IndyCar Series race in St. Petersburg, Florida. Until 2019, he held the record for being the youngest winner of an IndyCar race.

Since 2013, Rahal has been part of the Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing team. The team is co-owned by Bobby Rahal, a three-time IndyCar champion and 1986 Indianapolis 500 winner, David Letterman, Indiana native and former “The Late Show with David Letterman” host, and Mike Lanigan, co-owner of Mi-Jack Products Inc.

Rahal started Graham Rahal Performance in 2017 in Brownsburg, and since then has grown his Rahal brand in central Indiana over the years to include Rahal Ducati Indianapolis, Rahal Piaggio Indianapolis, Rahal Paint Protection and Rahal Precision Tint. The Zionsville Graham Rahal Performance headquarters allows space to expand with the growth and success of these ventures.

Rahal, a New Albany, Ohio, native, has called Zionsville home since he bought his first home in 2021 in Holliday Farms. Being a Zionsville resident, and with new the Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing headquarters in Creekside Corporate Park, Rahal knew when he was consolidating his business operations to function under one facility that he was going to invest in the Zionsville community.

Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing relocated its racing operations in Ohio and Brownsburg to its brand-new headquarters in Zionsville. The 100,000-square-foot facility at Creekside Corporate Park was a $20 million development. The Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing headquarters is a world-class facility with plenty of office and work space for the automotive and manufacturing operations.

The new, state-of-the-art Graham Rahal Performance Headquarters is also located at Creekside Corporate Park. Creekside Corporate Park is a district of office buildings built near Creekside Nature Park and is Zionsville’s premier business district. To limit Creekside Corporate Park’s environmental impact, buildings built in this area utilize low-impact development, and Rahal is no different, using this initiative to collect rainwater to be reused to wash cars in the wash bay for Rahal Paint Protection. Graham Rahal Performance also opted to use insulated metal panels in the construction of the building, instead of precast concrete. This insulation makes it more energy efficient.

Construction of Graham Rahal Performance’s Building 1 was completed in August – a 115,000-square-foot structure, with 85,000 square feet utilized for the Graham Rahal Performance and Rahal Ducati Indianapolis showrooms, and for service operations for Graham Rahal Performance, Rahal Ducati Indianapolis, Rahal Paint Protection and Rahal Precision Tint.

Graham Rahal Performance services include aftermarket installs, performance package upgrades and track builds, and detail services from Rahal Paint Protection and Rahal Precision Tint. Graham Rahal Performance also offers routine maintenance services including oil changes, wheel alignment, and tire balancing and mounting.

One of the nation’s leading specialty vehicle dealerships, the Graham Rahal Performance showroom showcases exotic and luxury cars from Porsche, Aston Martin, Ferrari and Lamborghini, as well as rare cars including the Rimac Nevera Time Attack and McLaren Elva. The showroom will also feature Rahal Ducati Indianapolis, the exclusive Ducati motorcycle dealership and full-service center in Indiana. Rahal Ducati Indianapolis has an extensive inventory selection, and a service department with a knowledgeable staff with over 20 years of experience in the motorcycle industry. This space will also feature a stunning new Rivet Coffee Bar & Roastery set to open in September.

The 30,000-square-foot mezzanine space in Building 1 features dedicated office spaces for businesses operations including human resources, the social media and marketing staff, and the Graham and Courtney Rahal Foundation. Rahal’s former team owner, the late actor Paul Newman, was the driving force behind the Graham Rahal Foundation. The Graham Rahal Foundation was rebranded to the Graham and Courtney Rahal Foundation in 2019, which is dedicated to helping veterans and finding a cure for cancer. It has raised over $1.5 million dollars.

Building 2 is still under development and is almost complete. It will include Rahal Piaggio Indianapolis, WheelHouse Social and Bowdie’s Chophouse.

Rahal Piaggio Indianapolis is the exclusive Indiana Piaggio Motoplex dealership and full-service center, and is expected to open in early September. Rahal Piaggio Indianapolis will feature a wide variety of luxury options of Piaggio and Vespa scooters, and Aprilia and Moto Guzzi motorcycles. WheelHouse Social will be a luxury, members-only social club, and is expected to open in early fall. Bowdie’s Chophouse, owned and operated by Scott Bowdish, is expected to be completed in early 2025.

Once all the construction is complete, Graham Rahal Performance is expecting 40-plus jobs to be created.

Like the former Graham Rahal Performance in Brownsburg, this new facility will be used to actively engage in the community. There will be an inaugural Zionsville Cars and Coffee event on September 7, and guests are encouraged to follow their social media for updates and information regarding upcoming events.
