FitChicks is fantastic! I have always been intimidated by big workout gyms. Here you get four women at the most working out with you. I’ve met some amazing women this way! We end up supporting and encouraging each other. It’s great! The trainings develop a program built just for you. When your weight training is done, you finish off your workout with cardio. And to top it off, you get nutritional consults too! I’ll never go to another gym again.
